On Behalf of
the Inner World
A one-on-one space for honest conversation, reflection, and making sense of what’s moving within you.
A Space to Return
to Yourself
Four weeks of one-on-one conversation and reflection, shaped by what you’re carrying, questioning, becoming, and learning to trust within yourself.
-
Our conversations begin with you, not a predetermined path.
Together, we may explore the questions asking for your attention, the different parts of yourself pulling in competing directions, recurring patterns in your life, relationships and belonging, or choices you are learning to make with greater intention.
We will also make space for what already sustains you: your strengths, relationships, communities, cultural knowledge, lived experience, values, and the wisdom you have gathered along the way.
There is no particular place we need to arrive. What we explore will emerge through conversation, curiosity, and what feels most alive for you.
-
This first offering includes four private, 60-minute virtual conversations, a space to slow down, speak freely, reflect, and be met with curiosity and care.
There is no fixed curriculum or predetermined destination. We’ll shape our time together around what you bring into the space. I may offer questions, reflections, observations, or practices that invite deeper exploration, while you remain the authority on your own experience.
Between conversations, you may carry a question, reflection, or practice into your everyday life. We’ll begin by exploring what brings you here and close our time together by reflecting on what you’ve noticed, discovered, or begun to understand differently.
For this first offering, there is no monetary cost to participate. I simply ask that you bring your presence, openness, and consistency to our conversations and, at the end of our time together, share an honest reflection about your experience.
-
This is a space for human connection, thoughtful conversation, reflection, and exploration. It is an opportunity to be witnessed, to listen inward, and to make meaning alongside another person. It is not psychotherapy, clinical mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
I will not diagnose mental-health conditions, prescribe solutions, or position myself as the authority on your inner world. I am here to listen alongside you, offer questions and reflections when useful, and help hold a space where you can encounter your own experience with greater curiosity.
I believe deeply in professional mental-health care and recognize when our needs call for the knowledge and support of trained clinicians. If something emerges that extends beyond the scope of this space, I may encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified mental-health professional.
At the same time, care has always existed beyond institutions, in our relationships, cultures, communities, friendships, families, and the wisdom we share with one another.
This space does not seek to replace professional care, but to exist alongside the many ways we have always cared for, witnessed, and learned from one another.
-
What you share here is yours.
Your identity, stories, and the details of our conversations will be treated with care and kept private. Nothing you share will become content or be shared publicly without your explicit permission.
Why the Inner
World Matters
The way we relate to ourselves shapes how we love, choose, create, and participate in the world around us. When we meet our inner lives with curiosity, courage, and compassion, we create more freedom in how we relate to ourselves, one another, and the world we share.
The Compass
-
As we deepen our relationship with our individual inner worlds, we create new possibilities for our shared world, rooted in love, compassion, freedom, and solidarity.
-
With courage and curiosity, we turn toward our inner worlds, deepen our relationship with the Self within us, and learn to meet our needs and contradictions with greater compassion, creating space for our most authentic selves to emerge.
Through that relationship, we become freer to live authentically, love more fully, choose more intentionally, and participate in our collective liberation.
-
We believe each person carries an innate capacity for insight, and that meaningful direction can emerge through their own experience, intuition, values, and inner wisdom.
Our conversations are rooted in curiosity rather than prescription. Through thoughtful questions, compassionate reflection, honest dialogue, and meaningful relationship, we create space for deeper inner exploration.
This is not about one person holding the answers for another. It is a partnership in reflection, one person listening alongside another as they recognize their own patterns, contradictions, desires, and direction more clearly.
The intention is not to tell you who to become, but to create space for you to hear yourself more fully.
On Collective Liberation
The Collective’s Liberation grew from a belief that our inner worlds and the world around us are inseparable.
It is a growing space for conversation, reflection, creativity, and connection, rooted in the knowledge and strengths already carried within people, relationships, cultures, and communities.
Founded by Idris, the project brings together his background in education, community advocacy, storytelling, and his ongoing study of social work. At its heart is a simple curiosity: what becomes possible when we create more space to listen, to ourselves and to one another?
Is this speaking to you?
Bring your questions, your lived experience, your ways of knowing, and whatever feels most alive for you right now.
There is no predetermined destination here, only space for conversation, reflection, and deeper listening.
